Born Social developed a culture-led social campaign anchored around music, live events, and festivals, including “The Festival Insider” and always-on seasonal content across Instagram and Snapchat. The work delivered measurable gains, including a 15% uplift in message association, 7.6% higher ad recall, and a 58% reduction in festival CPM across the account, while also improving dwell time.
