A Born Social Case Study
Boxpark worked with Born Social to promote the launch of its new Wembley site. The challenge was to build awareness, create hype, and sell tickets for the Rinse FM launch party in a location better known for sports and concerts than for a pop-up venue.
Born Social delivered a social campaign combining paid media, awareness targeting within a five-mile radius, retargeting with VIP launch content, and a user-generated content push encouraging geo-tagged posts. The campaign generated 4.5 million video views, reached 1 million people, engaged 75,000 customers on @BoxparkWembley, and added 10,000 new fans in three months, helping sell out the launch event and drive footfall after launch.
