Narratives, a strategic environmental planning firm, was challenged with the time-consuming and complex process of manually tracking and reporting on its stakeholder engagement efforts. Founder and CEO Somia Sadiq needed a more efficient and accountable way to manage communications with diverse groups, including Indigenous communities and NGOs, to help her clients build their social license to operate.
