Toluna, a leading provider of on-demand digital consumer insights, was relying on manual, spreadsheet-based forecasting driven by seller-reported CRM data—an approach that created inflated pipelines, inconsistent updates, and time-consuming reviews. To modernize forecasting, Toluna adopted BoostUp’s contextual revenue intelligence platform for real-time deal risk and activity analysis, with roughly 40 users (30+ sales reps, team leaders, operations, and the SVP of Sales) using it daily.
BoostUp ingested Toluna’s sales activity, scored aggregate deal risk, surfaced engagement and sentiment, and issued early warning alerts so reps and leaders could prioritize, coach, and audit deals more effectively. As a result, Toluna saved about 20 hours a month, became 5x more efficient in building forecasts, and reports being 100% more confident in their projections as BoostUp’s real-time risk scoring helped identify and rescue at-risk deals.
