Menuu, a wedding décor rental company founded by designers in Prague, identified a significant gap in the market for couples seeking a self-service option to rent comprehensive wedding decorations. Their challenge was finding a rental software solution that could integrate seamlessly with their design-focused Squarespace website, as most e-commerce platforms were built for selling, not renting. This led them to the vendor Booqable.

Booqable provided a solution with its event rental software that integrated directly into Menuu's Squarespace site, adding crucial rental functionality like a date picker and real-time availability filters. The software's translation features also allowed them to fully localize the experience for their Czech customers. As a result, Menuu successfully launched its unique business model, efficiently manages its operations with a two-person team, and is positioned to expand into other event types.
