As orders grew quickly, the team struggled with inventory management, overbooking, and keeping track of limited stock with multiple faceplate color options, making manual booking management increasingly difficult.

To solve this, At The Beep used Booqable’s bundles feature, along with online bookings and inventory management, to tie each faceplate option to available phone stock and prevent double-booking.
