Cycle World is a bike rental shop in Dunedin, New Zealand, serving mountain, road and touring cyclists. After founding in 2014 they struggled with a rental management system that was hard to integrate with their website and had limited payment and tracking capabilities. They selected Booqable as their rental management platform to present inventory online and handle bookings and payments.

Booqable’s real-time availability engine was embedded on Cycle World’s website to show live quantities, reserve bikes for chosen dates and prevent overbooking, helping reduce idle inventory. The Stripe integration in Booqable lets the shop require payment at checkout, instantly capture refundable damage deposits, authorize in-person card holds and track payments—streamlining pickups, improving inventory utilization and increasing operational efficiency across the store.
