Beaupini, founded by Benjamin Duparc in Perpignan, France, grew from a DJ business into an event rental company offering DJ gear, tableware, furniture, sound equipment, kitchen equipment, selfie booths, and more. Their main challenge was using inefficient rental software that made inventory tracking difficult, was tied to a PC, and didn’t allow customers to book online.
With Booqable, Beaupini added real-time inventory management for around 300 products and enabled online bookings through the Booqable WordPress plugin and HTML shortcodes on its website. Booqable’s web and mobile apps also helped the team manage orders on the go, improve operational efficiency, and increase bookings, supporting Beaupini’s goal of reaching 1 million euros in revenue over the next five years.
