BoomPop implemented a four-day offsite in Napa Valley for 65 attendees. The solution included co-working sessions in a barrel room that bred innovation, wellness activities like yoga, and an outdoor adventure featuring a hot air balloon ride. The results were highly positive, leading to the development of a new productivity product and a significant boost in team morale and chemistry. The event totaled 72,000 minutes spent building relationships, which Atomic credited with setting the team up for a strong year.
