A Boomi Case Study
World Wide Technology (WWT), a global VAR, sought to grow its managed services business but faced complex, costly integration challenges: consolidating data from multiple customers, partners, OEMs and tools, integrating with ServiceNow, and creating a single source of truth—all while keeping the solution low-cost, scalable, repeatable, and manageable by a small team. WWT’s eBonding-dependent offering required a clear architectural approach to replace ad hoc, time-consuming builds.
WWT deployed the Boomi Enterprise Platform—using low-code Integration, API Management, and DataHub—to create a modular, templated architecture with a single ServiceNow connection and per-entity integrations. DataHub became the bi-directional system of record, enabling real-time synchronization. The result: development times dropped from months to days or weeks, ticket volumes scaled from hundreds to thousands without added headcount, swivel-chair work was eliminated, ticket churn and ownership issues fell, and a small team now supports broad customer flexibility.
