Workfront, a U.S.-based enterprise work management software company, needed a scalable way for its finance team to update product and pricing fields, speed sales order entry, and control software provisioning without relying on time-consuming custom code. Manual processes tied up database and operations staff, delayed customer onboarding by weeks, and limited the company’s ability to track ARR and handle growing transaction volume.

Workfront implemented Dell Boomi AtomSphere iPaaS to integrate Salesforce, its ERP (Intacct then NetSuite), HR and expense systems, automating quote-to-cash, provisioning and data sharing.
