Toyota Financial Services New Zealand (TFS) is a multi-brand automotive finance group (including Toyota Fleet Management, Mazda Finance, Cityhop and Ezi Car Rentals) that set out to become data-led and scale customer service across its growing business. Its legacy architecture of many direct API-to-API integrations left hundreds of terabytes of customer, fleet and operational data siloed across systems, slowed IT by making integrations hard to build and troubleshoot, and prevented a unified, 360-degree view of customers and brands.

Adaptiv implemented the Boomi Enterprise Platform and Boomi DataHub to connect CRM, Alfa, Miles and Ridecell fleet systems, SAP, Cars Plus and other on‑premises and cloud systems, creating a secure single repository and “golden records.” The result: real-time portal access for fleet customers, fewer service tickets and higher staff productivity, consolidated customer views for agents, easier cross‑brand personalization, reduced administration and an open data foundation to support future growth and system additions.
