The Disability Trust is an Australian not‑for‑profit with 1,800 employees that supports more than 4,000 people living with disability. It needed a single, secure view of operational, employee, and participant data to personalize care and streamline reporting, but information was scattered across siloed on‑prem systems, requiring time‑consuming manual entry, duplicated work and fragile point‑to‑point integrations.

The Trust selected Boomi’s low‑code iPaaS as part of a cloud migration to securely connect seven core applications (including its care management system and Active Directory) without adding headcount. Centralizing data and automating integrations gave caregivers a single, up‑to‑date view, cut hours of manual data entry, improved participant profiling and enabled digital services (simulator driving, video calls, VR) while simplifying NDIS reporting.
