SATEBA, a European leader in concrete railway infrastructure parts with 16 production sites and about 1,000 employees, needed to modernize and harmonize its IT after a change in ownership. The group’s goals were to deploy a centralized ERP quickly, break down silos across production, supply chain, finance and HR, and guarantee operational continuity for field and platform users during a full infrastructure and network replacement.
SATEBA adopted Boomi’s low-code integration platform to connect its new IFS ERP with Microsoft PowerApps, Qlik Sense and other systems, starting with a six‑month pilot in Finland and then rolling out to other sites. Today Boomi runs 25+ interface flows daily (20 in real time), handles EDI orders, enables manufacturing order orchestration and inventory tracking, and gives IT teams the ability to focus on business‑critical work—delivering faster deployment, real‑time visibility and streamlined processes.
