Sabre, a global travel‑technology provider that processes more than 1.1 trillion system messages annually and handles up to 100,000 messages per second at peak, needed a faster, more consistent way to analyze incidents and meet client SLAs. Incident reporting required weeks of manual data work and produced inconsistent results across analysts, and a new ServiceNow rollout meant legacy and cloud data had to be consolidated for a complete customer view.
Boomi deployed a 22‑node Cloudera Hadoop environment in AWS and used Boomi Data Catalog and Preparation to normalize, cleanse, and enrich structured and unstructured sources, producing Hive/CSV outputs that feed Qlik dashboards. The solution delivers standardized, dynamic BI—one dashboard for incident business impact and another for infrastructure—accelerating root‑cause analysis, ensuring SLAs are met, and empowering business users to generate insights without IT intervention.
