RHD Tire Unites Finance, Inventory, and Warehouse Operations With Boomi and NetSuite

RHD Tire, a Michigan-based wholesale tire distributor founded in the 1970s with three locations, about 100 employees and roughly $100M in revenue, needed to modernize to support growth beyond its dominant regional market. The company relied on a proprietary DOS-based point-of-sale system that required extensive manual back-office work—rekeying sales to manufacturer websites, Excel-based financial reconciliations—and that threatened operations when opening a new Indianapolis warehouse.

Working with partner Blue Horseshoe, RHD consolidated operations on NetSuite with integrations managed by the Boomi AtomSphere Platform, automating vendor transfer processes, inventory, delivery management and financial workflows. The project delivered measurable gains: route consolidation of more than 10%, $150K in vehicle savings, $175K in labor savings, improved stock-picking and reduced lost inventory, centralized purchasing across three locations, electronic signature capture for drivers, and better data for demand planning and forecasting.
