Paula's Choice Modernizes Ordering and Fulfillment With the Boomi AtomSphere Platform

Paula’s Choice, a U.S.-founded skincare brand with its European headquarters in Amersfoort, set out to expand from direct online sales into B2B retail. A new distribution agreement with a major European retailer (100+ stores) exposed limits in its operations: orders and fulfillment were handled manually via email, and the company needed EDI and automated NetSuite integration with retailers and its 3PL to scale.

Paula’s Choice chose the Boomi AtomSphere Platform and worked with partner Nalta to implement low-code integrations and EDI, leveraging Boomi’s NetSuite connector to map EDI messages into NetSuite. The solution was live in time for the 2021 holiday season, delivering a scalable, cloud-based infrastructure that reduced time to market, cut manual work and errors, streamlined the supply chain, and simplified testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
