Norths Collective is a member-owned, profit-for-purpose hospitality and fitness group on Sydney’s North Shore and northern NSW, operating eight venues, two fitness centers and serving 61,000 members. The organization wanted a centralized data environment to power personalized member experiences and a stronger business analytics practice, but its growth was held back by time-consuming, manual point-to-point integrations and siloed systems.

Norths implemented Boomi’s iPaaS to connect Salesforce with POS, ticketing, membership, the mobile app and other systems, and added Tableau for analytics, eliminating data silos and speeding digital onboarding. As a result, member emails are now personalized with a 10% lift in click-throughs, an Ethical Personalization Policy was published, and venue onboarding time fell from 10 weeks to three (a 70% reduction), while plans continue to expand integrations across HR, finance, rostering and payments.
