NNIT, a Copenhagen-based IT services provider serving 400+ clients, needed highly reliable, near–real-time integrations to let customers run their own ITSM tools alongside NNIT’s ITSM system. The challenge was to deliver scalable, always-on connectivity across complex environments where downtime could cost millions and service synchronization had to be continuous.
By adopting Dell Boomi, NNIT accelerated integration development by 4× versus legacy ESBs, now processing ~29,000 transactions and 130,000 documents daily across customer ITSM connections. Boomi’s API management, Molecule high-availability architecture and centralized monitoring cut onboarding time, improved reliability and throughput, and enabled NNIT to rapidly roll out new ITSM services to more customers.
