A Boomi Case Study
NNIT, a Copenhagen-based IT services and infrastructure provider, needed to give large enterprise customers the ability to connect their own ITSM tools to NNIT’s ITSM environment without risking costly downtime. Their legacy integration tool was slow to develop with and difficult to scale, but mission-critical requirements—real-time reliability, high throughput, and rapid onboarding—made a better solution essential.
NNIT adopted the Boomi AtomSphere Platform to build, test, and deploy integrations roughly four times faster (about three weeks versus much longer with legacy ESBs). Boomi now synchronizes ~29,000 transactions and 130,000 documents per day across multiple ITSM systems, delivering the reliability, scalability, monitoring, and API management that enabled faster customer onboarding and new managed IT service offerings.
