International Poultry Producer Takes Flight as a Connected Business

Lusiaves Group, a leading poultry producer founded in 1986 with 31 businesses and 1,500 employees across Portugal and Spain, faced a fragmented IT landscape of 145 applications and 30 ERP systems that created heavy manual work, poor data quality and limited operational visibility.
