Igepa Relies on the Boomi AtomSphere Platform to Connect Efficiently With Suppliers and Customers

Igepa Belux, a Belgium-based wholesale distributor serving niche markets like print, packaging and visual communication, set out to make "frictionless" service part of its offering as it pursued sustainability, diversification and digitization. The company’s ERP was built for internal processing, not customer- or supplier-facing systems, and with a small IT team Igepa needed an easy-to-use integration layer to translate ERP complexity, connect best-of-breed applications, and deliver the right data at the right time.

Igepa implemented the cloud-native, low-code Boomi AtomSphere Platform with partner B‑Flow to connect ERP product data to a product management system and its ecommerce site and to enable bi-directional flows to other specialist applications. The result was reduced reliance on the ERP for operations, faster and easier integrations with less consulting, and improved delivery of timely customer data (stock, price, delivery), providing a scalable foundation for the company’s five-year digital roadmap.
