IFS Extends Its Solution Functionality With Boomi to Enhance Employee, Partner, and Customer Experiences

IFS, a global provider of cloud enterprise software headquartered in Linköping, Sweden, consolidated seven separate instances into one and aimed to become more agile, scalable, and efficient so it could operate as a single global team and onboard customers faster. However, its in‑house integration approach was time‑consuming and resource‑intensive, limiting its ability to quickly connect third‑party solutions and realize a seamless partner and customer experience.

IFS deployed the Boomi AtomSphere iPaaS and formed an internal integration team to standardize and accelerate integrations (ERP, PRM, LMS, ServiceNow, etc.). The result was real‑time data synchronization, faster time to market, reduced manual work and human error, improved partner lead flow and personalized customer feedback, and freed IT resources—allowing IFS to simplify application management, scale more quickly, and continue its digital transformation.
