ENGIE, one of the world’s largest energy groups and the leading provider in France, needed to accelerate its digital transformation to deliver low‑carbon services and respond quickly to a shifting market. Its Enterprises & Collectives unit faced siloed legacy and cloud applications, limited visibility across business processes, and a need for faster rollout of customer-facing services and IoT-enabled workflows while complying with evolving regulations.

ENGIE adopted Dell Boomi’s cloud‑native, low‑code integration platform (with partner SWORD) to connect SAP, Salesforce, websites, databases and other systems, gaining end‑to‑end process visibility. A three‑person team implemented 250 integrations in eight months; the platform now handles about 75,000 processes daily and moves over 2 million documents, cutting process costs tenfold and enabling much faster service launches and greater IT–business agility.
