Credit Union of Colorado Sees NPS Scores Leap 5% With Boomi-Powered Digital Member Experiences

Credit Union of Colorado, a Denver-based credit union with $2.5 billion in assets and more than 160,000 members, needed friction-free engagement across digital, phone, and in-person channels but was constrained by a legacy Jack Henry Symitar core and costly, hard-to-maintain point-to-point integrations. The limitations forced app choices based on integration capability rather than member needs and slowed digital transformation.

Since 2020 the credit union has used Boomi Integration and API Management to enable any-to-any connectivity with cloud and fintech partners, building about 140 integrations with a lean five-person team and accelerating development by 5x. The platform delivered tangible savings (about $60K on IVR licensing and $100K on e‑statement mail costs), helped raise NPS by 5% to its highest level, improved visibility and automation, and is being expanded with event streaming for real-time anti-fraud.
