Copenhagen Zoo, a 27-acre institution caring for over 3,000 animals and drawing about 1.6 million visitors a year, faced an overwhelmed technology landscape after adding hospitality services and expanding operations post-pandemic. Its legacy on‑premises systems struggled with too many applications, interactions and transactions, prompting a goal to modernize ERP and move to the cloud while improving visibility and partner support.

Using the Boomi AtomSphere Platform, the zoo connected and centralized its hybrid IT environment—linking Microsoft Business Central, Salesforce, OnlinePOS and third parties—so staff gained transparency and control over data flows.
