Contraload Transforms Its Supply Chain With Boomi

Contraload, a Belgian provider of eco-friendly reusable plastic pallets and containers serving 3,000+ customers across 26 countries, launched its “ICT Connect” initiative to modernize business and IT and gain timely visibility into asset usage. The company struggled with siloed applications, limited custom scripts, and manual data entry across CRM and ERP systems, which made inventory tracking and billing slow, error-prone, and resource intensive.

Working with partner B‑flow, Contraload implemented the Boomi AtomSphere platform—building eight integrations to capture customer ERP data, streamline order‑to‑cash, and roll out Boomi Flow for improved service visibility and CPQ capabilities (with IoT/RFID integration planned). The result: 120 fewer manual hours per week (about three FTEs), faster integrations (up to 10x vs. custom scripting), dramatically reduced troubleshooting times, and improved customer service and operational agility.
