Computer Concepts Limited (CCL) is a Christchurch-based IT infrastructure and managed services provider that scaled rapidly to support 500+ clients. As growth and acquisitions increased complexity, CCL relied on fragile point-to-point SQL scripts to move invoice and purchase order data from Autotask into Microsoft Dynamics GP, requiring regular monthly maintenance by a specialist and infrequent, manual data runs.

CCL implemented the cloud-native Boomi integration platform with help from partner Adaptiv, using low-code tools and prebuilt connectors to automate integrations and speed development. The result: invoice feeds now run hourly (vs. 2–3 times per week), daily purchase order automation, dramatically reduced manual maintenance and errors, faster integration delivery, and freed IT resources to focus on service improvement and further cloud adoption.
