Charles Sturt University, Australia’s largest regional university serving 40,000 students, set out to improve the end-to-end student experience but was hamstrung by a decade-old, bespoke integration landscape. Students faced repetitive data entry during enrollment and IT teams spent months on maintenance and custom integrations, creating a persistent bottleneck that slowed new services and project delivery.
