Boomi Supports Native Union’s Ecommerce Growth as Orders Increase by Tenfold

Native Union, a Hong Kong‑born maker of stylish tech accessories for the work‑from‑anywhere lifestyle, faced a sudden shift from mostly B2B retail to rapidly growing direct ecommerce during the pandemic. The company was hampered by an ecosystem of more than 10 unconnected applications, labour‑intensive manual order entry and reporting (teams spent ~90% of time on data entry), and limited scalability as online orders surged (orders increased tenfold).

Native Union implemented Boomi’s low‑code AtomSphere iPaaS to integrate Shopify, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, its payment gateway (Reach) and warehouse management system, automating order flow, payment reconciliation and real‑time order status updates. The automation cut order processing from three days to one, freed staff to focus on analysis and supply‑chain improvements, and enabled fully remote deployment of new international fulfilment warehouses—supporting rapid global expansion to 100 countries and beyond.
