Beyond Bank Australia, a customer‑owned bank serving 305,000 members, needed to centralize loan origination data and speed fulfillment across home loans, personal loans, credit cards and overdrafts. Manual data entry, duplicated records and siloed systems were slowing processing and making customer interactions more cumbersome.

Working with Atturra, Beyond Bank deployed Boomi’s iPaaS to integrate its CRM, NextGen ApplyOnline lending platform and core banking systems, add APIs and enable e‑signing. The Boomi framework eliminated data duplication, trimmed 35 points of manual data entry, recovered 14 full working days per month, sped up application completion and improved reporting — with phase one modernizing home loans and phase two extending the approach to other loan products.
