Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) is a professional body serving more than 136,000 members that provides education, accreditation and member services. Facing a legacy point-to-point integration landscape, the organization struggled to deliver personalized digital experiences, lacked a single view of data, and needed to modernize time‑consuming processes like its skills migration assessment to better engage students and professionals.

CA ANZ implemented Boomi’s iPaaS — including APIs, API management and Boomi Flow — with partner Atturra to connect 15 core systems (Salesforce, Sitecore, NetSuite, Snowflake and others) and build reusable, layered APIs. The new architecture reengineered the member portal (improving renewals, search, preferences and tailored content), digitized and simplified the migration-assessment process (driving a 135% uplift in applications and a 93% increase in applications processed), and established a Master Data Hub to support a forthcoming eStore.
