AMCAP Accelerates Supply Chain with Dell Boomi Integration

AMCAP is an Australian third- and fourth-party logistics provider serving major automotive and industrial clients with a national operation and about 250 staff. Faced with a patchwork of bespoke on‑premise WMS, ERP and mainframe systems after migrating warehouse operations to Manhattan SCALE, AMCAP needed a way to integrate disparate applications and data to improve visibility and speed up order‑to‑delivery.

AMCAP implemented the Dell Boomi iPaaS to replace multiple bespoke integrations, unify interfaces, automate workflows and centralise data management. The platform enabled consolidated inventory visibility, real‑time cycle count updates (moving from weekly to to‑the‑minute), and integration with SAP Ariba for touchless procurement—resulting in faster order fulfillment, greater operational transparency and improved efficiency for customers.
