Aker BioMarine is an Oslo‑based biotech and Antarctic krill‑harvesting company focused on improving human and planetary health through a fully transparent value chain from sea to customer. Facing large volumes of GPS, transport, warehouse, customer and employee data, the company struggled with data silos, manual data entry and a lack of real‑time visibility that slowed processes and endangered its sustainability and operational goals.

Using the Boomi platform, Aker BioMarine connected its warehouse scanning to ERP systems and implemented Boomi Master Data Hub to create a single, always‑current source of truth, while managing Eco‑Harvesting data and replacing legacy systems with scalable, reusable integrations. The result: fewer manual processes and errors, faster deployments and deliveries, improved vessel labeling with zero product downtime, and plans to roll out about 15 additional integrations (CRM, HR, identity management).
