Partou Empowers Parents With Boomi-Powered Childcare Self-Service

Partou is the Netherlands’ largest childcare group (founded 1975) serving more than 70,000 children daily across 850+ centers in the Netherlands, Germany and the UK. It faced fragmented data and decentralized IT — roughly 15 core applications and about 50 smaller systems — which required error-prone manual transfers, slowed enrollments and schedule changes, hindered visibility and made it hard to offer secure, always-on mobile and web self-service for parents.

Partou implemented the Boomi Enterprise Platform with Boomi DataHub and Managed Cloud Services, integrating core systems and triggering UiPath RPA bots to automate repetitive tasks. The result: 24x7 parent self-service for requests, payments and schedules; automation that replaced work equivalent to about 30 full-time employees; stronger data governance and encryption with real-time monitoring; and a scalable, cloud-based foundation for future AI and automation.
