Réseau DEF Uses the Boomi Platform to Modernize and Optimize Its Information Systems

Réseau DEF is an international network of 61 fire‑safety companies (12 production sites, 2,500 employees) that chose the Boomi Enterprise Platform in 2021 to modernize its information systems. The organization needed to replace an outdated EDI system (Dex) and support its flagship LOGTEK 4.0 project, requiring secure, low‑latency connections and scalable data handling between core systems like IFS, Navision and the data warehouse.

Boomi enabled rapid deployment of the new ecosystem, integrating LOGTEK 4.0 with ERP, CRM, pricing and warehouse systems and unlocking further integration projects for sales teams.
