Generali, a major European insurance company, sought a solution for the safe hybrid scheduling and management of office spaces for its 200 employees in Turkey. Their challenge was to use their spaces wisely and gather meaningful data to improve workplace effectiveness and experience. They partnered with Bookreen for its office and meeting management tools to address this.
Bookreen implemented a solution that allowed Generali to add spaces with configurable rules and import employee data. The platform enabled daily mobile bookings for desks and meeting rooms, integrated with transportation and lunch services, and provided utilization data. As a result, over 190 people began booking and sharing over 200 spaces. Generali now uses the data from Bookreen to gain insights into employee habits and plan new actions, achieving their goal of a safer, more collaborative, and data-driven office environment.
