The Spa at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski in Munich offers rejuvenating massages, a large pool and a state-of-the-art fitness center. In 2011 the spa team sought to modernize operations by bringing bookings and business online and integrating web- and mobile-friendly technology into the traditional luxury hotel environment.
They implemented Booker for 24/7 online and mobile booking, instant gift certificates, eCommerce and streamlined scheduling, which simplified day-to-day operations and membership management. As a result the spa saw a 130% increase in monthly bookings and a 57% increase in revenue, with mobile booking proving especially valuable for the many in-house guests.
