Turningstone Resort & Casino, which operates the Ahsi and Ska:ná spas, needed a better way to manage spa operations, improve staff satisfaction, and raise the guest experience. Book4Time Inc. implemented a cloud-based spa management platform with online booking, centralized scheduling, reporting, and system integrations, and the rollout took a little more than a week. The results included online bookings rising from 10% to 20%, payroll reconciliation dropping from six hours to 15 minutes, stronger remote access for about 100 staff, and more efficient guest service. The improved operations helped Ska:ná earn a Forbes Travel Guide four-star rating, making it the only spa in central New York to receive that recognition.
