Na Ho’ola Spa at Hyatt Regency Waikiki, the first resort spa in Waikiki, needed a user-friendly spa software system that could support online bookings, including packages and couples appointments, while also serving both Japanese- and English-speaking guests. The spa team wanted a solution that was easy for staff to use and made it simple for guests to find the spa and book appointments online.
