Hotel del Coronado, the iconic Hilton resort in San Diego, was struggling with a legacy spa and salon booking system that did not meet Hilton standards. The customer had too few booking options, declining revenue, and high call abandonment because guests could not book spa services online or on mobile.
Book4Time Inc. implemented a new spa management system with online and mobile booking and provided onsite training to support the launch. The results were strong: the system was easy to use, business from online and mobile bookings increased, and by the first half of 2022, Hotel del Coronado generated more than $1,000,000 in revenue from online and mobile bookings.
