How Tri-Town Council Is promoting positive youth development through capacity building

Tri-Town Council, a small nonprofit focused on positive youth development in the Boston suburbs, needed a more strategic fundraising plan and better tools to support a lean staff. They were managing donors across multiple databases and wanted to improve fundraising knowledge, administrative efficiency, and year-round donor engagement. Bonterra Network for Good worked with Tri-Town Council to streamline donor outreach, align communications, and train staff and board members on the donor life cycle and fundraising practices. As a result, Tri-Town Council built a comprehensive fundraising plan, increased board involvement, and achieved +37% net new revenue with +41% net new donors.
