A Bonterra Network for Good Case Study
Seton Center, a social services agency and thrift shop serving northern Frederick County, Maryland, needed a better way to connect with donors and manage fundraising data. Their donor information was disorganized, making it hard to make informed decisions, and they wanted a more personal way to reach supporters. They used Bonterra Network for Good’s Guided Fundraising solution, including its video tool.
Bonterra Network for Good helped Seton Center organize donor data and use video messages to strengthen donor relationships and stewardship. With Guided Fundraising, Seton Center said the experience was “top-notch,” and its fundraising more than doubled from about $80,000 in fiscal year 2019 to over twice that amount in fiscal year 2020.
