Why Tompkins County Public Library Prefers GiveGaby Over Their Old Fundraising Platform

Tompkins County Public Library (TCPL) is a nonprofit providing free access to information and programs for its community. Facing slow response times, sluggish bank transfers, difficult offline donation processing, and low fundraiser profile completion on their previous platform (CrowdRise), TCPL chose Bonterra GiveGab (GiveGab) to find a more flexible, user-friendly fundraising solution.
