Cornell University turned to Bonterra GiveGab’s giving platform to run Cornell Giving Day 2017 with the goal of securing new donors and engaging young and international alumni. The challenge was to boost participation and fundraising in a single-day campaign while providing an easy, customizable experience for individual departments and alumni groups.

Bonterra GiveGab supplied a dedicated project manager, customizable campaign pages and profiles, leaderboards, donor/gift tracking, and offline-donation integration, plus hands-on customer support. The campaign raised $6,321,961.59 from 8,640 donors and 12,209 gifts, including about 1,400 new student and alumni donors; Athletics alone raised $3,010,085 from 3,013 donors—demonstrating Bonterra GiveGab’s measurable impact on engagement and fundraising.
