Texas Organizing Project (TOP) is a grassroots group that organizes communities of color across Texas—primarily in Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio—on issues like immigration, jobs, healthcare, education and local policy. Facing the challenge of coordinating large-scale actions (including DACA/DAPA mobilizations), sustaining outreach across a huge state, and raising targeted funds, TOP turned to the EveryAction platform from Bonterra EveryAction to manage contacts, email outreach, and online fundraising.

Using Bonterra EveryAction, TOP maintains a list of over 22,000 supporters, sends a weekly email newsletter, runs targeted asks that funded travel to protests (for example, their New Orleans court action), and integrates GOTV, phone-banking and canvassing into campaigns. The platform helped TOP raise much of the money needed for specific actions, keep supporters engaged, and scale its organizing work—enabling major events, court protests, and focused election-year mobilization.
