GirlTrek races ahead with Bonterra Digital and Mobilize

GirlTrek, a global movement of Black women focused on health justice and self-care, needed a better way to unify its fragmented tech stack and get a fuller view of supporter engagement. Prior to using Bonterra EveryAction’s Digital solution and Mobilize, data lived in multiple places, making it difficult to track email activity, event participation, and website interest forms in one system.

Bonterra EveryAction implemented a centralized CRM with integrated email, reporting, and event management through Mobilize, giving GirlTrek an easier user experience and stronger tools for distributed organizing. The results included a 55% increase in registrants for its signature Black Family 5K in the first year on Mobilize, a 400% increase in staff capacity for member email management, and measurable mission impact, including 95% of women walking at least once a week in 2022 versus 27% before joining GirlTrek.
