Covenant House International, a federation of shelters serving youth experiencing homelessness, needed to replace a sunsetting donation database and fix years of disconnected technology siloes. With donations, events, peer-to-peer, email, and direct mail spread across separate tools, and some major gift work still managed on paper, the organization struggled with data sharing, reporting, and constituent relationship management.

Covenant House partnered with Bonterra EveryAction and Barker & Scott to conduct a deep needs assessment, select a new CRM, and implement Bonterra Fundraising and Engagement as a unified hub. The result was faster reporting and fundraising operations, including an 83% increase in GivingTuesday fundraising, planned giving reports that dropped from weeks to minutes, and fund delivery to Covenant House sites that became 2x faster, helping the organization move money and respond to mission needs more quickly.
