Large Retailer wanted to encourage giving for MLK Day of Service and give associates, customers, and the public another way to support local nonprofits and national organizations. To run the campaign, the company used Bonterra CyberGrants’ corporate social responsibility platform for an online Day of Giving matching program.

Bonterra CyberGrants supported a one-day donation drive for U.S. brand associates and community members, with matching offers of three-to-one for associates and two-to-one for the public, subject to stated limits. The effort helped Large Retailer raise more than $6.5 million for its dedicated fund for nonprofits at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) of America.
