A Bonterra Apricot Case Study
PACE Center for Girls is a statewide nonprofit (17 centers) that since 1985 has delivered a gender‑responsive prevention and early‑intervention model for girls aged 12–18 who face high risk factors like poor academics, suspensions, running away, substance use and prior arrests. The organization needed to provide individualized services while ensuring consistent program fidelity across centers and to collect reliable, aggregated data to demonstrate impact and support policy advocacy.
PACE implemented Social Solutions’ ETO performance‑management software to conduct initial and six‑month assessments, create individualized plans, track progress, and quickly course‑correct. Aggregated data helped drive policy changes in Florida and established PACE as a national model; outcomes include 91% of participants improving academically (73% advanced a full grade), 91% with no criminal‑justice involvement one year after leaving, 81% employed or in education six months after completion, and measurable declines in juvenile referrals statewide.
